Who We Are...

Mr. William E. (Bud) Sears, III is President and CEO of EW Consultants of Atlanta, Inc.  He has over 35 years experience in performing and managing radar and EW systems research and development.

Dr. David C. Flowers is a Principal Consultant associated with EWCA. He has over 25 years experience in radar and EW systems, including experience in detailed analysis of radar\EW technique interactions.  Dr. Flowers is internationally renowned in Dual Coherent Source EW.

Together these gentlemen have a combination of over 50 years of experience in teaching these subjects to DoD and DoD contractor personnel.
